Yes! And just what was the decision? The SCOTUS decided that Michigan could keep its admission policies in place for the graduate school. I didn't like that part of the decision. But they also decided that the point system that the university used for its undergraduates was wrong. Isn't that was the President said when he spoke before the decision?
The decision was not exactly what he (or we) wanted. However, the decision did strike down quotas and points. Since we have separation of powers, why not "praise" a partial victory since you can't tell the SC what to decide?
