Isn't it time for some Bustamante HAIKU?

You just ruined/immortalized one of my favorites songs
I think I know how you feel. The Bangles' "Walk Like an Egyptian" has never been the same for me since Loose Bruce Kerr came out with "Walk Like a Deukmejian." *kidding*

He was shaped like an egg, with few hairs on his head
To a recall, he said "We don't wanna"
When illegals cast ballots with no ID shown
He'll get votes from as far as Tiajuana
To: Lizavetta
Another good stanza, and topical too. On a more partisan note:
The party, it's said, never gives up her dead
For although its money's its motor
In Chicago, you'll find, come election time,
those dead prove reliable voters!

The legend lives on from the Pechanga on down Of Californias First Mate Bustamante
Beautiful job.
BUT...
Somehow "Gitche Gumee" sounds sort of illegal, immoral and un-natural (but typical) act
between casino-Indians and reconquista Democrats.
I'm awful at this stuff, but I can't resist a jab at the opening...
The legend lives on from the Bay Of Pigs on down
of the Demo Party called "Gimme Gimme!"
The party, 'tis said, never gives up her dead
when the polling in Cali turn gloomy.

(Hope this only goes to "All" persons IN THIS THREAD. Could not find an FAQ or help topic on the use of posting a reply to "All.")
Full disclosure: I got the idea for this from a DC song-and-dance group that does a lot of song parodies of a political bent. "The Capitol Steps." The song in question was called "The Wreck of the Walter Fritz Mondale." I have not HEARD the song, but just having heard OF such a song sent me into laugh spasms. And "Cruz Bustamante" (unlike "Arnold Schwarzenegger") has just the right number of syllables ...

Did you see Waiting for Guffman tonight(since you're another Spinal Tap fan)? It was pretty funny. Lots of the usual characters.
