yesterday morning WBUR...NPR's reporter in Baghdad said the prevailing feeling was that the bomb at the UN headquarters had been aimed specifically at that Brazilian, Viero, (sp?) since the truck had been rammed directly under his office. The reporter said the extremists were mad at Viero. He explained why, but I don't recall what they were upset about. My point is that this take on the bombing has completely disappeared! Now the media is all on the same page, beating the same drum: it's the fault of the US.
