Despite all of the books alleging a conspiracy, no one has come up with any hard evidence of one. Here's the Zappruder film, the shot to the head is obviously coming from the front, which would prove a conspiracy. It's just a matter of who did it.

Hard evidence is hard to come by so far. But the hard evidence of watching Kennedys brains being blown out,,backwards, is there for anyone to see on the film. You can't change physics to fit a theory. The shot that did that damage came from the front.
In todays forensic climate, it would be childs play to prove it as well as just see it. Spatter analysis wasn't done then.
