It's 100% correct. The 'Palestinean people' are an invention of the PLO and cannot be distinguished in any significant way from Arabs in Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, or Saudi Arabia.

The 'Palestinean people' are an invention of the PLO and cannot be distinguished in any significant way from Arabs in Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, or Saudi Arabia.Palestine was what the Romans called the area and when the British administered the area, they called it again Palestine. Before that, the region was part of Transjordan.
