As I understand it, Moore is being accused of establishing a religion. Ok. First off, what is the name of the religion he is establishing? Or are the rules so different now that the accuser need not specify the crime being committed? Is there some sealed information in the courts? Is there some unknown cult he has begun?
Secondly, the burden of proof falls on the accuser. Innocent until proven guilty. What proof is there that Moore is attempting to establish a religion? We can't even name this religion. But put that aside a moment. Did he mention his alleged scheme to anyone? Did he tell anyone that Alabama will be coerced into this mysterious cult? Did he plot to have tax money diverted to this secret cult? I've heard the 'Judeo-Christian Church." Ok. Where is this 'Judeo-Christian' church? Where is its headquarters? What is the structure of its leadership? Has he coerced anyone into joining it?
Placing this monument, which is modelled after a monument in the Supreme Court building and our coinage, does not, in any way, establish a religion. It is nothing but a clue. Frankly, I think that it takes a lot of tinfoil to transform this monument into a plot to establish a particular religion.

I take it then that you are not disagreeing with me. I'm backing Moore.
