Sure... let's try filing this down at the Bankruptcy Court and see what happens. Do the Federal Rules have a provision addressing exactly what the court is to treat as the land which God is giving the petitioner as his inheritance? That ruling over nations part is a bit tricky, too... if none are supposed to rule over a debtor, can he avail himself of the protection of the federal bankruptcy courts?
