I don't know anyone in the race who fits that description. Simon is an executive, but has little political experience. McClintock has years of political experience in the Legislature (enough such that the other side despises him), but he lacks executive experience.

I would go with the actor (communicator)rather than someone with years of political experience who has never managed anything and never accomplished anything. As far as being an executive, I thought McClintock spent his entire life in politics. What did he ever do in the real world?
