"Had the president pursued the war on terrorism prior to initiating military action against Saddam Hussein, as I advocated last year, it is likely that al-Qaeda and other terrorist networks would not have been able to take advantage of the chaos that now exists in Baghdad and other parts of Iraq," said Sen. Bob Graham, D-Fla."

No you nitwit. They would have been knocking on your door at your summer home in the keys asking directions to the nearest munitions dump. Graham is like wine. If you don't store him right, he goes bad and needs to be poured out.

These idiots don't even realize that Iraq has become the center for the war on terrorism. The terrorists, are for the first time, playing defense and protecting their home turf. Instead of planning attacks on America, they are too busy coelescing in Iraq trying to prevent a face-lift that could change their world forever. The war in Iraq is not a distraction from the war on terrorism...it has become a destraction for the terorists who must now defend the home-front. We can either fight this war in the streets of America or in their backyard. I prefer the latter. And at least this way we have a fighting chance since they are going up against the US military instead of innocent civilians. It is without doubt a bloody mess, but if we can get these terrorists in one location (Iraq) we have a better chance of solving this problem.
