What expertise does Clark have on either domestic or foreign policy issues? He's a former general with no other experiI don't know his domestic policy experience but he has quite a bit of foreign policy experience. He was NATO commander for almost three years and has quite a bit of experience dealing with foreign political leaders.
Does any of this mean he'd make a good VP, or even President? Not really, but I have to give him credit where it is due. He DOES have substantial FOREIGN policy experience.

He's a former general with no other experience.Well, he almost got us into a war with Russia on two separate occasions during the Kosovo conflict, and on the second occasion war was only averted by a British general disobeying Clark's order to attack Russian paratroopers who had landed at Pristina airport. So if you want WWIII started, Clark's your man. Otherwise, run away...
