The Missus and I have been collecting Playmobil since 1989. The Boy and I spend hours with our Medieval and Pirate collections. He makes his own stories, and then we act them out for The Missus and his Grandpaw. It's a blast.
The Boy's latest thing is, to re-enact the battles of The Lord Of the Rings. Catapults, battering rams, the swarms of archers - he does it all.

My department didn't have a ladder truck, but I learned to repel off of a basket just like that. "Trust your ropes and just step off." "Use your hand behind your back as a brake." It was ok after I got off the platform. It was that first step.....a leap of faith!
