Great to hear you visit the Wellness Center. Way back when, before children, I use to be addicted to the gym. I even did Karate! (do you believe, I actual won a gold medal in the NE Region for Karate?)

Oh well, I swapped that body long ago for children. Gotta love them!

Oh my, now I've been away so long that you are probably gone. Yes, I go three days a week and it has really helped me. I was so out of shape from years of sitting I was having trouble walking up a flight of steps. I'm back to running up the steps now.
