Bill Owens for President in 2008.
I'm tired of the Bushes. First it was the supposed third term of Reagan, but we got another squishy moderate. Then it was supposed to be Reagan reborn, but W turned out to be as disappointing as his father.
Jeb looks great now, but I'm really getting tired of that family's antics. The Kennedys are liberal and stay liberal. The Bushes have a hard time staying conservative.

(TOM McCLINTOCK is my choice for governor. He should be yours too.)

"The Bushes have a hard time staying conservative"
They never were Conservative, they just give out "crumbs" to keep so-called Conservatives in the fold, while their friends eat the whole cookie. A rough draft follows:
Arnold is really hogging the news,
still hasn't stated his views,
simple Simon is running again,
the idiot doesn't know when,
to call it quits because of ego,
ignoring that his last try was feeble,
Oh yes, let's not forget Flynt,
he also wants a stint
in the Governor's mansion,
and a chance to bring his filth
into mainstream fashion,
There are other too numerous to mention,
none of which deserve our attention
soon will come the day,
October 7th, we'll have our say,
hopefully, Arnold the RINO will bite the dust,
when we vote for someone we can trust.
the time will no longer tick away
tick, tock, tick tock,
I'm voting for McClintock

While I agree the Dubya ain't no Reagan, even Reagan was no Reagan. What I'm trying to say is that Ronaldus Maximus also raised taxes in his second term and compromised with the Dumbocrats. However, we had a cold war to win back then and he was the most competent to win it. Similarly, today we have a war on terrorists to win and I have absolutely no confindence in any Democrat's ability to win it. Look at how most of them are whining now.
