FYI, in answer to your question, the "Arab Street" press still tends to run only emotional stories and pictures (like this one) to whip up Arabs everywhere and paint the USA (and its exposed troops) as some kind of terrible occupying crusader ogre. Then, their young people, hot, short-tempered, easily manipulated, disgruntled, emotional and lacking in general education (
but with just enough bomb making training) rush out into the "Arab Street" and do things like they did today in B'dad.
