I wonder if this is AQ's way of warning the UN to get the US off their back...or else.

Darn. If the casualties are UN, wonder if the UN will suggest turning the other cheek? What are you talking about?
Another few resolutions.
That's the ticket.
Resolutions solve everything!

They blow up things because of our past reputation of bailing out when things get hot. If they can "nickle and dime" us in deaths, then (as in the past) we will turn tail and run...
They have underestimated this President and the American people, who, on 9/11, realized that war had been declared and a war would have to be fought.
To: Peach
I wonder who specifically was inside the building as well.

Retired Gen Meigs said on MSNBC that he thinks the relative sophistication of the bomb leaves out the common man revenge factor, points to the Baathists or AQ.

I know, dennis - they were there to help and we do need them. I'm sorry. Been following the maneuvering of the pro-UN EU anti-Coalition forces - those who refuse to help with $$$ and troops and are free with their advice and criticism as they lie daily about the situation on the ground in Iraq - throughout the war.
The Jordanians - including the rulers - accepted big payments from Saddam for years. Saddam built a multi-million $$$ housing complex for their journalists, bought villas, Mercedes and kept a big bank account for the Hussein 'boys' in a Jordanian bank. The Hussein getaway $$$ - millions found by our troops shortly after Baghdad Liberation Day - were neatly wrapped with bands from a bank in Jordan. The Jordanian government and press covered up Saddam's years of mass-murder, while reporting anti-American lies. The UN is little different, though they claim they were helpless to stop Saddam's 'theft' of many millions in UN 'Oil for Food' $$$ even as Saddam starved his own people and the UN did what they could to prevent our going in to remove him.
The average Iraqi knows very well who was on Saddam's payroll.

AQ may warn us but they won't back off, no matter what we do. That's why we have to kill or capture them all.

Maybe the UN types now have an idea what Israel is up against with the Paleostinian wackos. Ding ding ding!
If the UN follows the Palie mindset, the UN will blame the victims, not the perpetrators.

That wasn't my question. I know who the collective 'they' are. But this doesn't seem like something Iraqi Saddam loyalists would do- at least without backing from a larger organization.

They all do...
I'm under the impression that all terrorists are like wasps from the same nest. It is fruitless and pointless to try to figure out which wasp stung us and which wasp did not. Destroy the nest and every wasp you find in the nest.
To: Peach
Do we know yet whether this was a suicide bomber or was it a remote detonation?.......
My bet it's a suicide bomber. You need someone to pilot the truck/bomb right into the building for maximum Islamakazi destruction and fireworks.

The only response you're likely to get to your mindless drivel is from other agitprop losers.
