Just another corrupt angle to fit in the WOsD's. You'd think people would grow tired of the Daily report's of the corruption in all this. End the WosD's and the war on the American people and the corruption that comes along with it. Blackbird.

I love that word "untruthfulness".....It's almost as good as someone being "Less than truthful".
It could be worse, we could be hearing that they lied or were liars. But we all know that the most a civil servant or politician can be guilty of is "untruthfulness", or being "less than truthful".
Newspeak is alive and thriving.

I can understand why a K-9 officer would want a dog that hasn't been certified for drug sniffing. What the heck, a few more unwarranted searches, right? But what idiot was running around with the bomb sniffing dog that wasn't certified?

Fired? Suspended? Why not charged or indicted? Why not arrested and required to post bond? Oh, I forgot, theses are government employees. They don't have to account for their actions the way the lower classes do.

Proof that OJT exists even in the canine world!
The bomb dog may have not been certified but he did piss on the curb at a Holiday Inn Express last night. He also listened to Al Franken's comedy routine and definately now knows a bomb.

Lying, forgery, conspiracy, larceny, embezzlement,.......Those items on a gubmint workers list of "things to do today", which are merely untruthfulness, editing, brainstorming, funding sources, and an unofficial performance bonus.
There are a class of elites destroying our culture. They are not elite by birthright, intellect, skills, or moral courage. They are elite because they are gubmint workers.
I offer an apology to many of you good gubmint workers out there, but your inability or unwillingness to right the ship forces me to place you in the same boat.

Hey wait! This can't be true, police never 'police' their own. I know that because I read it here on FR all the time. This is one of those 'onion' articles. If this were true it would be business as usual, heck, the cop would even be promoted for being crooked.
Having said that, if a K-9 handler continues to train his dog, that certificate isn't really a big deal. The dog will continue to do what he's trained for, they don't suddenly forget because their certificate expires.
The lying part is what got him fired. And rightly so.

How can you expect honesty in a body of power which calls abortion "Emergency contraceptive services" in order to make it a good and noble thing?
IMHO if you follow the same doublespeak doctrine of the gubmint world, murder of an eight year old is just "Delayed Emergency Contraceptive Services".
No big deal as far as I am concerned. An entire school bus of kids are just unfinished emergency contraceptive services. Most likely riding the bus due to their birthing vessel's lack of access to Womens health services due to right wing lunatics blowing up womens health centers.
A hostile womb is a terrible thing to waste on some arbitrary number or event. I mean why shouldn't Eminem's(Marshall Mathers) mother still have the right to emergency contraceptive services?
If contraception means to not concieve, how can it be an emergency right? I mean how can you have an emergency centered on an event or physical state which could not have happened by definition?
Or would answering that cause someone to be "less than truthful"?

That #8 is a fine left handed compliment.
I'll have to walk around today reminding myself that I'm one of the 'elite.'
Kinda like that..... now you little people get back to work.
hahahahahahahahahahahahaha

You have a good point Crunchy. I think the certificate thing is in order to justify the price of these specially gifted and trained pooches. I suspect that some money was paid to breeders or trainers for dog/s which were not certifiable as I suspect would be part of a procurement contract. Maybe they knew these dogs were the best they ever saw, and the few things needed to be improved on were no big deal and could be done OJT.
But that's not the point, nor is it acceptable. How about modifying the procurement/certification process to better reflect the reality of the capabilities of K-9 officers. (Who by the way have no varying breed affirmative action program)
Modify the process to give greater input from the human officer on issues of procurement so that he or she does not have to lie or forge documents.

Well, I think the certificate is there to satisfy lawyers. If the dog bites somebody, or finds drugs and you go to court, the first thing they ask you is: "is your dog certified?"
A dog will either perform or he will not. I know, I had one of each. And no cop (that I've ever seen) wants a dog that can't do the work.
So I advocate that the first thing we do is kill all the lawyers.
Greater input from the officer is not acceptable. Besides, the rank and file officer is busy overthrowing the free world. I know that because I've read it here on FR too!

Same argument different day......;)
Good to hear from you Crunch-n-Pop-n-Snap. Internet forums have that inability to address the uniquness of each person or group discussed, but for any of you reading this thread, no accusation, implication, supposition, or commonly held factoid applies to Crunchy. He is isolated from any quantifiable approach to rooting out bad weeds. He is a true flower in a national forest of noxious weeds.
Might I add that if I ever needed a straight story from a cop, on a cop, I would ask him.

Hmmm. Since this corruption extended to the bomb sniffing dog, I suppose we should also end our War on Terror?
To: robertpaulsen
Nah, terrorism---unlike drugs---has unwilling victims.
