Fox & Friends, the hottest show on morning cable, doesn't get the attention that broadcast powerhouses such as NBC's Today or ABC's Good Morning America do.
And its hosts, E.D. Hill, Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade, have miles to go before they become news stars like Katie, Matt, Diane or Charlie.

Imus gets 364,000 Agreed. This is only slightly better than a test pattern.

She has four now. She manages by being rich and having nanny's and cleaning ladies. She is a doll, I say good for her!

Just what are the numbers for these two "powerhouses" that are available in every home, office, motel, hotel, lobby, shopping mall in the land?
F&F is 1.2 mill with a limited number of outlets. Nearly double CNN which is on cable systems owned by its parent company that doesn't allow F&F or puts it in a higher channel number that costs extra.

Brian's rants rock! I love it when he gets in that mode. He needs to get some pointers from Dennis Miller, he'd be even better.

Executives at Fox News like to call F&F "the anti-Today show." Though the morning banter is always polite between NBC's Katie Couric and Matt Lauer, on Today they keep things light and fun but assiduously avoid revealing their biases. Matt and Katie never ever admit their hard left bias but it shows in everything they say and do.

The two best things about the show are one, that the hosts act like real people, not androids, and two, that the hosts are generally down-to-earth, if not conservative on most issues. ED may be a "primary voting Democrat," but she's definitely a conservative.

E.D. is a mother to 7 kids and is expecting #8 in February. Good for her! I guess it's safe to assume that she's pro-life. OTOH, she's been married three times, so something doesn't quite add up.

All Katie is is biased---liberal bias. Yeah, but for years she would have denied it, and probably denies today.

One of the best moments on morning tv ever. I hope they replay it this week.

I'm a late riser (staying up late evenings) and I turn FOX on early to watch F&F. It's so wonderful to greet the day with a smile or a laugh instead of fury and frustration at the liberal bias. Hi ho, hi ho......off to work.

You got to love Imus.
He has 4 grown daughters and grandkids and never mentions them. But he never misses an opportunity to drone on and on about his teenage wife and his four year old littleboy they spawned together.
I also love the fact that he has taken millions of dollars of donations to build a ranch for sick kids. He now has a 6000 acre ranch with million dollar bunkhouses for the kids.
He has about 30 kids a year go through this camp. He has more of his syncophants come down to the ranch telling him how charitable he is than sick children.

Yes! I feel the same way- I have to hit the mute button when that crap comes on.

Did you see it this morning when they were talking about kissing Gray Davis and Loren said he had "Chicken Lips". When Steve said "Chickens don't have lips", she said, "Exactly". I thought I would fall out of my chair laughing so hard.
OTOH, Katie would never know if Grayout Davis had chicken lips, it would be more like "Chicken Butt".

E.D. is a mother to 7 kids and is expecting #8 in February. Good for her, but not sure how she manages. I like ED, and I hope this husband is a keeper.
