FoxNews reporting a new sabotage attack/explosion on the Iraqi oil pipeline. Also mortar attack on Iraqi prison--perps unknown; reason unknown. Water pipeline in Bagdad sabotaged--no water (being pumped to residences/businesses) in Bagdad.

There a simple solution to stopping these in-country terrorist attacks...when they catch 'em - let the Iraqi's gut'em and hang'em out to bleed in the nearest public place. They're probably foreigners anyhow!
