I happen to be surfing & caught her shrill monotone complaining on CNN.....she was on her way to Chappaqua & called in on a cellphone. She was stuck in traffic.....LOL

What an opportunist...she's an ambulance chaser! At first I thought she was going to say that Chelsea was missing in the blackout...so she took a deep breath and realized that Bush was to slame for the blackout....like she did after 9-11.....no mention of Chelsea this time but she never misses an opportunity to blame Bush....but I think it backfired on her this time!
