Here is some practical advice: After you have written your reply but before you hit the post button, read your post slowly. Replace any mathematical symbols (+, -, =, ==, /) in your post with words that convey the same meaning. Try to write in complete sentences whenever possible. The extra time you spend to make your post readable shows respect for your fellow freepers.

ROTFLMAO! That sure worked well. I saw his reply!

You're still talkng about the present 'fallen' world. In christian theology, this cursed system came after the fiirst human rebelled.
In Darwinite Theology, of course, this is heresy.

Could you please provide an authoritative source for that statement?

After some 8 years of battling Clintonites here and other places I grew a bit bored with the same old stuff, plus the battle was over, the US was a free country again. We were still in election mode though so I decided to pick a name which would show my views right off ... Gore3000. The conservatives understood the joke right off, to the others I cannot bother explaining it.

As I surfed around FR, I noticed the evolution threads and was horrified that in a conservative site such as this, the atheists were running rampant, so I decided to take the battle to the evolutionists. Many think little of evolution, but it is pretty central in the agenda of the left. It supports atheism, moral relativism, and the wholesale attack on Christianity. I have written three articles on the subject here at FreeRepublic on why evolution is not science. For my views on the subject check out:

Bye Bye ... Darwin

Evidence ... Disproving --- Evolution

Amazing ... Creatures

Hope you like them, and feel free to discuss them with me by freepmail. There are even more articles you might enjoy at ... DesignedUniverse .

My particular favorites ...

evolution is so ubiquitous ---

why are there no precambrian fossils and ...

where are all the skeletons for short necked giraffes ?

Main Entry: 1po·grom
Pronunciation: 'pO-gr&m, 'pä-; pO-'gräm, p&- Function: noun
Etymology: Yiddish, from Russian, literally, devastation Date: 1903
: an organized massacre of helpless people; specifically : such a massacre of Jews

HB,

Er yeah, let's see if I understand you correctly. You can't describe what it is that you believe and then say that I believe in myths even though I have not said so. I have only pointed out to you that no one has yet figured out how life came into being. Many have tried but all have failed. If you are comfortable with your ignorance so be it. I would rather have my curiosity satisfied.

As far assertions go you have in fact been proving my own assertion that no one knows how life got here in the first place and by your own words

"Gee, if I could answer that ..."

you are not going to mar my record.

Boiler Plate

Rope,

I haven't posted in the Crevo threads for a while but I guess it is safe to say that things are pretty much in the same place as the last time I posted. I recently read an article about DNA computers and and storage devices. Along with what I read about using electron spin of atoms for ones and zeros it looks like Crichtdon's theory of a merging of several cutting edge fields of science is about to begin. I think we are going to see some really cool stuff come down the pike in the next decade.

Asimov, Sagan, Gould, Dawkins, You've heard of these Darwinite High Priests? William Provine, Darwinite Establshed Religion scholar was quoted as statng:
"We cannot allow a Divine Foot in the door."
Can it really be you don't know this?

I continue to suspect that, even if at some psychological level I couldn't begin to characterize, creationists and ID'ers don't really "believe" in their own ideas, or at the very least don't believe their claims about their present, or even ultimate, viability.

I get the same impression. It's like a guilty conscience, IMO.

Also, to be associated with people who blatantly use dishonest tactics (misleading quote-mining, implying a textbook teaches Haeckel's 'law' when in fact it merely puts it in its historical context, etc, etc), must be very demoralizing to honest creationists.

I think http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/965260/posts?page=78#78 is probably the cleanest and best statement of an important observation I've seen on these threads. It really cuts to the heart of why a "scientific" movement would argue its case in the political arena rather than in the journals.

I've lived through a number of scientific revolutions -- "continental drift", asteroid impacts, feathered dinosaurs, and of course, global warming. In every case there is both a political and scientific aspect. In some cases the outcome is uncertain. But in every case, the early promoters of an idea faced heavy opposition, and in every case, the outcome will be decided in scientific journals rather than in political debate.

evolution has become a form of tribalism --- canibalism --- mindRaping --- slavery --- REPRESSION - TYRANNY !

You've GOT to stop calling everyone who believes in Evolution a slaver, rapist, and cannibal. As well as an atheist. It's absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. Evolution and belief in God are NOT MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE!!!!

We've discussed this before - I don't see why you keep saying these things.

ROTFLMAO! That sure worked well. I saw his reply!

His reply was sort of what I expected from an agent provocateur. He is not really arguing against evolution, but actively trying to discredit by association those who do.

I'll just go back to ignoring his Yoda-speak gibberish now.

I believe Einstein emphatically endorsed ID.

I had always construed his "dice" comment to be more metaphorical...

To be a "theory", it must be falsifiable, by experiment. ID is not. It is a belief, not a theory.

Bear in mind a brute is anyone who bests a creationist in a discussion, and a 'mind-numberd robot' is anyone who thinks for himself.

Well-done, RWP.

To human eyes, too much of light
Is blinding as the blackest night.
And this is so, too, of the mind,
In total ignorance it's blind.
But more truth than it can absorb
Will overwhelm the mental orb.
So, lest our vision burn to ashes
God shows us truth in bits and flashes,
White revelations that the brain
Can comprehend and yet stay sane.
And we, poor fools, demand truth's noon
Who scarce can bear its crescent moon.

John.3

[19] And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
[20] For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
[21] But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

The constitutional wall the founders did build was ...

to protect state and individual rights from a national govt - religion ---

that WALL has been breeched - demolished by liberals - EVOLUTIONIST !

"The real object of the [First] [A]mendment was not to countenance, much less to advance, Mahometanism, or Judaism, or infidelity, by prostrating Christianity; but to exclude all rivalry among Christian sects, and to prevent any ... national ecclesiastical establishment --- which should give to a hierarchy the exclusive patronage * * of the national government. It thus cut off the means of religious persecution (the vice and pest of former ages), and of the subversion of the rights of conscience in matters of religion, which had been trampled upon almost from the days of the Apostles to the present age. . . ." (Footnotes omitted.)

Check out the link above !

Old wall constitutionalist ... keep govt out ---

new wall constitutionalist (( sharia )) --- keep God - truth - science out !

... * * ... guess who --- rag heads - liberals !
