That's just the way it is, but the other day, a ray of hope. Larry Sabato on FOXNews predicted the environmentalists will have a hard time campaigning against Bush's energy plan after the black out. Sabato said the Alaska pipeline still might not pass, but he thought Bush would have the upper hand against Senate Democrats on the rest of his package.
