Yeah, it takes two days. I believe it takes two days for the coal-fired plants too. I understand your concern. Right now, I don't think this was terrorist related, though it'll no doubt give terrorists ideas.

I am not saying it was terrorist related, but it sure could give people ideas, when they see how easy it is to black out such large portion of the country.

What I don't like about it, is that too many things seem to have failed at the same time, because experts keep saying that there were safeguards in place and this shouldn't have happened, it should have been isolated much earlier. Whatever problems caused it, it sure points out that a major engine of our economy, electric power is incredibly fragile and vulnerable.
