All religion is for people who are too scared to die. They can't deal with the fact that they will die so they create a fantasy that will provide them with eternal life. All the time they know deep in their mind that it is all a lie, so they never truly find the peace they seek. You all know it is true but of course you will attack me for saying it because you do not want to admit it even to yourselves.

The irony is that once you admit that there is no eternal life, you can truly appreciate the moment that you live in and that we are in fact in 'heaven' every day that we are alive. I recommend converting to Buddhism.

Just curious...If Jesus was hung would people be wearing tiny nooses around their necks, make a circle sign before they pray, and worship a giant statue of a man swinging from a noose in church? What if they beheaded him? I don`t even want to think what would be hanging over peoples beds if that happened. People keep trying to put the blame on me that Jesus died for my sins. Please note verse 27 and read it more than once(all have sinned, all have come short of the glory of God and HIS Christ). The bible clearly states that all people have sinned against God that Christ was the only righteous man before God the Father, ever. And we are all responsible for his crucifixion and murder; I myself made peace with God when I admitted and believed how that Jesus Christ was crucified for our sins , buried , and rose again the third day for our salvation; thereby escaping the coming wrath of God on all unbelievers( Jesus is Christ).
Another problem is the Jews don't recognize that Jesus of Nazareth is messiah and that the book of Romans makes it perfectly clear that God has wonderful future plans for Israel in the 1000 year of Lord Jesus Christ on the earth.
Mel Gibson is now my hero and I never make movie stars hero's; but this man has guts and respect for Our Lord and Saviour; say on Mel!
