I support McClintock 100% he is my grandparent's state senator out of Simi Valley. However, we still can get screwed if Bustamante gets elected. My nightmare is that if he gets in then our fight against illegal immigrantion (the majority of the budget problem) is finished. If the Clinton appointee overturns 1.6 million Californians then our hope lies in that the USSCOTUS overturns the bum.

Our next goal is to recall radical liberal judges.

We seem to have developed a new "ruling class" in this country, imperial judges...I for one am getting darned tired of it.

BREAKING NEWS: Federal judge orders Californians to love Gray Davis as if he were their own brother handing them a million dollar check...and then to shut up and get back to work.

Also today, Fogel ordered Monterey County not to mail out its overseas ballots until the issues are resolved.

Can this be appealed?

Do you suppose this Rat judge would be satisfied if the Justice Dept approved the plans, and announced they would send special teams of US Marshals to observe the election in these 'special' counties to prevent intimidation? coincidentally they would also BOLO for voter fraud :-)

Here is a short resume on this left wing judge who was appointed by the arch criminal, Bubba Clintoon.

http://air.fjc.gov/servlet/uGetInfo?jid=2757

Fogel, Jeremy D.
Born 1949 in San Francisco, CA

Federal Judicial Service:
U. S. District Court, Northern District of California
Nominated by William J. Clinton on September 8, 1997, to a seat vacated by Robert P. Aguilar; Confirmed by the Senate on March 16, 1998, and received commission on March 17, 1998.

The Clintoon reaches out behind closed doors to touch this Rat Judge and gets him to try this.

Folks you have to expect this and much more from the libs. Even if Davis is recalled and the GOP wins it will end up in court. Guarantee you it will happen.

Be of good cheer, FRiends. I know Judge Fogel. I appeared before him innumerable times while in private practice, and I've chats with him at conferences since I've gone into the public sector. A more honest, thoughtful, and conscientious judge you are never going to find. A Dem, true, but not political. By way of my bona fides, I am a rock-ribbed conservative and relentless opponent of judicial activism. Unless the voting rights act all but mandates an injunction, Fogel isn't going to give it to them. We've all seen overreaching federal judges. If he was going to act like that he would have done it already by enjoining the election.

This is horse-hockey.

This is not a "change" in the voting process a la Floriduh.

This is an application of the existing voting law.

It's ridiculous, but appropriately Orwellian for the Dems.

Every important election from now on will end up in the courts. algore set the precedent by not allowing the Florida House of Representatives, according to law, to determine who won.
