What IS Moores's defense, if not on historical grounds? I've only read SOME of these cases. (obviously not the findings on this one) The successful ones were won on historical grounds.
All these suits are hard to keep up with.

(obviously not the findings on this one) The successful ones were won on historical grounds.The same arguments Moore is making to the media are the ones that are in these court documents. I haven't found an on-line source for any of the briefs submitted by the plaintiff and defendant.
