WASHINGTON -- Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger has yet to define what he stands for in his fledgling campaign to become California's next governor, if the current one is recalled in the Oct. 7 special election.

The fact that the Austrian-born actor's views are largely unknown, however, doesn't seem to be a problem for Republican House members from the state who, one by one, are lining up behind Schwarzenegger week-old campaign.

McClintock doesn't have the time or money to become widely known, sorry.

"I don't think he stands a chance in this race."

You may be correct, however, if all real Conservatives stick by their principles and vote for Mc, we can pull off an October surprise of a great magnitude! In any event, Mc gets my vote and let the chips fall where they may.

Two days ago I posted a caution to all to watch Arnold's team and he hasn't disappointed, which is to say, he has TWO democrats as co-chaimen ( Rob Loew is one of them) of his campaign AND another democrat ( Warren Buffet) on his
financial team. Think about that for a moment!

Come on, now is the time to tell the republican party we will no longer accept RINOs! No More RINOs.

I'm not in California anymore, but it seems to me that Schwarzenegger is playing this thing masterfully. By bringing prominent Rats onto his campaign, he's entirely defusing the argument that rightwing Republicans are staging a coup.

That analysis of mine is entirely separate from whether he's going to be a conservative governor, or whether he will do a good job. It's just that he's running a campaign that will be hard to beat.

I'd love to run without taking any stands on the issues and win. He might just do it.

That is exactly why he is doing it,neutralizing the Democrats' charges.

The REAL STORY here is that the people who have worked with McClintock the most, who know him best AND his ability to project his ideas effectively to get things done, are NOT, absolutely NOT, supporting McClintock.

Nothing more needs to be said.
