Are you really a FR person or some kind of dumb ass liberal. It is not the duty or the responsibility of the President to take care of power outages. That is something for the states and the power companies to deal with.

It would just as meaningless to order that E = MC3. The only way to make the Grid more reliable is Distributed Generation. Think one generator/fuel cell/etc. per household or business.
