To the best of my knowledge. I always look at the ceiling in an elevator, and so far in every case where it wasn't hidden by plastic lighting diffuser pannels, I've seen a hatch. (Yes I already know I'm weird)

These days most of the roof access door are locked to stop snipers and jumpers...

If you're weird, than we're a cult cuz I do the same. But when I've pushed to try to make any open, they're always sealed up. (Course I'm not punching with adrenaline . . . )
