Pretty silly. Was the supposed deity involved in the storm that trashed that Christian rock concert this weekend? I doubt it very much. Doesn't seem like there are any deities controlling weather anywhere. Churches and whorehouses are equally likely targets for a lightning strike. Seems that the weather's an equal opportunity foe.

Pat Robertson's recent "prayer offensive" regarding the Supreme Court. Another good fundraiser for Pat, no doubt.

Actually, God is behind all the weather phenomena which occurs, both to believers and non-believers. We need to be cautious with our finite mind in assigning reasons to the infinite God.
One thing is clear, apparently the gays believe in the power of prayer and Phelps... doesn't.

"We were shocked," Outlet Radio principle partner and talk-show host Christian Grantham said in a statement. Interesting choice of words.

Hmm...would you classify Phelps as a Christian?

Lighting put our lights out for about an hour this morning.
I will beat my kids, one at a time, until the homosexual among them gives himself up.

Thank you for the funniest post I've seen in a long time. The links to 'godhatesfags' and 'landoveroverbaptist' are hysterical. One is dead serious and the other is satire, but I'm not sure which is which.

The station claims the lightning strike came just weeks after it had Maggie Phelps on as a guest, saying Phelps had prayed God would "strike the station." No she didnt ...she did not pray that God would strike the station with lightning you lied...
What's next...Sodomites Accuse God of Homophobia?

Florida: Lightning strikes, kills second man in Palm Beach County Within 15 minutes filled with hundreds of lightning strikes, two Palm Beach County men were struck and killed on Saturday outside their homes in southern Palm Beach County. John Kelley, 67, died in Delray Beach after lightning struck about 2 p.m. as he was trimming his grass with an electric edger.
On Sunday, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office released details about another victim west of Boca Raton who was hit by lightning 15 minutes earlier as he walked to his mailbox.
Dr. Barry Golden, 51, had just returned from his office when lightning struck near his home on Madria Circle south of Glades Road and east of Lyons Road. His daughter heard thunder, went outside and found Golden facedown on the driveway, said sheriff's spokeswoman Diane Carhart.
In Lake Park , fire investigators blamed a lightning strike for a blaze that destroyed a three-bedroom home at 406 E. Ilex Drive. The home's owners were not injured, but two cats died.

I had a girlfriend in college whose two cats were gay.
Maybe Gods hates feline homosexuality ;-)

She's right.. well not exactly.. God will deal with those who 'flip in off' in the next life..

God puts 'em where he wants 'em (lightning). We don't know his reasons. This goes for everything in life as well. It is funny that the gays blame the people, and not God. Perhaps they are a little worried about angering Him even more.
