If you will, please remember this tiny baby in your prayers. He’s the grandson of a very dear friend of mine. Logan was born on July 25. His due date was in October, making his mommy 26 weeks along, being born 3 months and 3 days early.
Logan was 1 lb 9.4 oz when he was born and is now weighing, as of this morning, 1 lb. 8.3 oz. The little guy is now 12-1/2” long.
He’s a real trooper and is fighting with all his little body can fight with. His Grandma said that he’s starting to recognize his mommy when she comes in the room and hears her voice. She said he tries so hard to open his eyes, and starts kicking his feet.
I asked my friend if there were any specific prayers, other than the obvious…and this is her reply…” A prayer of thanks for the miracle called "Logan.”
On a personal note, I’ve read the emails daily from my friend. I’ve known her for years, I’ve heard her talking about her family for years…but I’ve got to tell you that I’m SO impressed with how her children have all banded together in support. What an incredibly wonderful and loving family.
Father God, we lift up Logan’s little body to you. We pray that you can strengthen him hourly, daily, weekly, until he’s grown enough to go home with his precious family. We ask for guidance for the doctors and nurses who are caring for him. We ask for strength for his parents and extended family. Thank you so much for the gift of life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen

Those girls in the pictures are kind of pretty...but they are almost flat chested.
At least you could have made sure that they were well endowed, if LOGAN is going to have to see this sort of stuff, he ougt to be seeing some really...Big Stuff!

Me and my friend are going to go soak in the 97 degree indoor lap pool, it's cold here in the PNW, to loosen the arthretic backs. Oh and exercise too.
I hope my hair cut and color comes out ok as she is doing my hair after and post pool time tends to turn the brain and body into a wet noode.
And how are you going to feel when Logan's Mama reads him an animal book and he points to the owl and says "Hooters, Mama!"
I forgot to say that I too am fervently praying for Nana's full recovery and for her to feel like herself again.
I am proud they had their own body parts, the breasts will grow when they start having babies.
They are all natural and about 18 good ole fashion young ladies.

Well, if you had met me at 20, I would have been 40.
I was just hitting my stride about that time.
Neither one of us would have survived.
Knowing Logie, he's probably going to say that about a certain part of the cow picture.
Well when I was young I adored older men....now I have reversed but taking the oath of chaste and single I just look and smile allot.
Ollie does have a soft loving spirit! Thanks! However, he was not a preemie. He has been very healthy since he was born, but he is very tiny. He needs to go to the docs a lot for weigh-ins. He has absolutely no reflux or digestive problems and his blood work is great, but he is the size of a 9 month old at almost 16 months. Logan will tower over his CA buddy soon!!
