If you will, please remember this tiny baby in your prayers. Hes the grandson of a very dear friend of mine. Logan was born on July 25. His due date was in October, making his mommy 26 weeks along, being born 3 months and 3 days early.
Logan was 1 lb 9.4 oz when he was born and is now weighing, as of this morning, 1 lb. 8.3 oz. The little guy is now 12-1/2 long.
Hes a real trooper and is fighting with all his little body can fight with. His Grandma said that hes starting to recognize his mommy when she comes in the room and hears her voice. She said he tries so hard to open his eyes, and starts kicking his feet.
I asked my friend if there were any specific prayers, other than the obvious
and this is her reply
A prayer of thanks for the miracle called "Logan.
On a personal note, Ive read the emails daily from my friend. Ive known her for years, Ive heard her talking about her family for years
but Ive got to tell you that Im SO impressed with how her children have all banded together in support. What an incredibly wonderful and loving family.
Father God, we lift up Logans little body to you. We pray that you can strengthen him hourly, daily, weekly, until hes grown enough to go home with his precious family. We ask for guidance for the doctors and nurses who are caring for him. We ask for strength for his parents and extended family. Thank you so much for the gift of life. In Jesus Name, Amen

.I bring you Logan!!!

Yeah...that's why, if you scroll thru looking for updates (they're big posts and should jump right out), you'll get a feel for how things went.
And, uh....not all in one night. :-)

Looks to me like you're the guy (all 8 ft. of you) that might need to learn to grovel, I mean crawl Uncle TC. And see... I told you Aunti N would jump on this like a bird on a bug :)
But then again, I know Nana and Mommy...and they know that men sometimes open their mouths and insert their foot, so I'm sure all will be forgiven by Monday IF you bring oranges and burgers!!!!
I'll see you soon big guy :)

PHEW! COWBOY!!!!!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you bring a VERY LARGE bag of oranges and many many MANY burgers.
Don't forget the fries and soda. Oh, and the catsup.
You are one lucky duck, Cowboy, and Logan, you are one forgiving young man.

Termite, your UncaR is getting hungry so I must throw together another of my culinary delights for him.
You have a GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP, now....OK? Lots and LOTS of silly little Logan dreams.
I love you, Sweetie. BIG time. Give Nana and Mommy and UncleG and that Anonymous UncleP a hug and sloppy kiss for me, OK?
Love you!

I hope there's a railroad spur close to your house, Termite!
You've got a boxcar load of oranges coming!
BTW: I bought that WhataBurger close to your house just for your mommy and Nana!

Oh little one!
How you amaze me every day!
Our God is GOOD!
The latest picture without the canula has got to be the cutest so far! (although I am getting quite the list of "cutest" pictures saved up!)
I am SO happy that your big boy lungs continue to get better!
PRayers for you today and everyday Logan!
I love you very much!
PS...if it doesn't seem to weird to you and you Nana, could you say a little prayer for us at our house today?
We had to send our oldest kitty, Storm, to heaven to visit with the angels today. She was pretty darn old, but will always be my "first baby" as I have had her since I was only barely 19 years old.
Sounds kinda funny getting that attached to a little old kitty...but I am OH SO SAD today. I will miss her very much. I told her to say hello to my dear redheaded angel-mom for me. Storm will for sure be getting her milk warmed up from now on.
Again, I know it is just a kitty, but I'm feeling pretty down right now.
I love you TT and Nana!

Hi Aunti M0...
I'm so sad to hear about your kitty. We all love our animals in or house too and their some of them are our very best friends. Nana had to say goodby to one of her doggies in Dec. and it was sad too. Aunti N was here when Nana had Scooter put to sleep and she can tell you how sad our entire family was.
Of course we will pray for you and the heartache you feel. Love is love, be it love for a person or a faithful animal friend, and loosing something we love is never easy.
We love you too.. bunches!!
*TT*, Bet & Nana
