Thanks for the fabulous photo of Logan on TC's lap and in TC's boots. I'd never seen it before --gave me quite a sart.
Continuing prayers for Logan .
Prayers for Logan and family.
Nana, I took a glance at Logan's picture and thought about him and yall just this afternoon... his Christmas card is on our fridge. I'm sending warm thoughts and prayers your way.
The blisters are hives. They will come and go as his little body gets rid of the allergen. He'll likely be on antihistamines (possibly steroids if it gets worse) and it comes and goes in cycles with gradual improvement. Caladryl and warm soda baths can help. You'll see good improvement in a few days. Indeed, his breathing is to be watched, but as miserable as reactions can be, it's just a matter of time and vigilance. Hopefully, this is just a scary passing thing. We've been through these here, and they're gut wrenching. We're with you.
We'll bend our knees in prayer for Logan and your entire family.
Matthew 18:20
That's what I mean. An ordinary family can't watch a child 24/7. They will have to go to bed at some point. I'm just worried about the middle of the night.
Hey there Eaker.
A little Texan needs prayers. Post 11,710.
Prayers heading your way.
Prayers sent for Logan and his family.
Oh Grammie...
This can't be!
Prayers lifted..
tas?
Can you help us understand this better?
Ms.B
BG, Logan is in my prayers. I went through this with my older daughter when she was about his age. It's terrible, but it can get better very quickly. I pray this is the case for Logan. Love his blessed little heart.
It is a severe form of allergic reaction.
I'm assuming they have him on an antihistamine and a steroid.
It usually itches like mad.
Need to discourage scratching as the lesions can become infected. Will also lessen the risk of scaring.
Can take up to 2 weeks to clear up.
Thanks, TAS...thanks to everyone...
You are very welcome.
Avoid NSAIDS - Non Steriodal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs like Advil, Motrin, or Tylenol. This syndrome, also known as "Stevens-Johnson Syndrome" has been linked strongly to use of NSAIDS when found in children...

Father, You hear our prayers for Logan... make us aware of Your answers, lead us to his healing, and may we see Your Hand moving to save him. I pray this because you told me to pray it - in Jesus name.
Thank YOU. Whenever I see this thread in the forum, I check for new pictures and updates of the cute little guy. I received the ping from Coleus tonight and felt so badly. He's been through so much, but he's a fighter and a trooper and is loved by so many. I have faith in the many, many prayers for him, and in God to know he'll come through smiling. :)
You're welcome. It's a wonderful picture of those 2, isn't it?
Prayers sent for Logan.
Oh, this is awful news -- will begin praying round the clock for Logan's quick return to complete health! I am devastated that he is so sick. Little Darlin' -- G-d is watching over you and He will keep you safe. Love and prayers from all of us in this house.
Special Prayer PING for Logan. See post 11,710 for details.
You also know that his guardian angel is watching out for him also. Maybe TT just wanted to spend a couple of minutes with his Uncle, and didn't want everyone else buggin' him about it.
TT, you get to feeling better. I had an allergic reation to penicillin when I was 4, and it was scary as all get out. Once I got better, I wouldn't get near the stuff (and still won't.)
