This important article, detailing how school administrators, the media and teachers work in concert with homosexuals to present perversion as just another classification of wholesome people and their activities.

Somehow this cogent article got lost in the shuffle.

What was the Right doing when the Left took over academia?

“What identity,” he writes, “encompasses queer girls who f*&k queer boys with strap-ons, or FTMs (female-to-male transsexuals) who think of themselves as queer, FTMs who think of themselves as straights, or FTMs for whom life is a project of transition and screw the categories anyway?”

The same identity they've always had: mental patient.

Fighting in Vietnam and holding down day jobs.

What kinda crap is that? If the school made me sit through something like that (at the top of the article) I'd walk out, and get myself transferred.

Fighting in Vietnam and holding down day jobs.

Not a good answer. Many Dems (including Gore and Kerry, etc.) went to Nam. Academia is a very important day job — it's all about our kids and our future.

Want to try again?

QUALIFIED academians CARE about our "kids and our future." This article seems to deal with the Unqualified academians.

Not a good answer.

Too bad, because it's the right one.

The draft deferment rules during Vietnam encouraged those who were opposed to the war to go into academia.

The universities swelled with thousands of humanities graduate students who hated America and the military.

Academia is a very important day job — it's all about our kids and our future.

Cute sound bite, but academia is about giving self-important individuals tenured positions which pay them a decent salary while requiring them to work maybe 15 hours a week.

In my four years of college at a "prestigious" institution in the Midwest, out of the dozens of faculty members I dealt with only two gave a tinker's damn about their students and they both became full professors before the Vietnam War.

I'm moving closer to believing that maybe Hitler had the right idea when it comes to homosexuals...

What a cop-out. No wonder our schools are going down the tubes and our kids are being dumbed down. You are part of the problem.

No, the Right was busy making a living at work, while the Left, being unable or unwilling to work, stayed in acadaimia!

No the problem is the screening process in universities, where those without skills or aptitude are pushed toward "education" careers.

It could be the 118th posting for all the damn difference it makes.

Why people expect the public schools to be other than what they are - the indoctrination camps of American-style Socialism - is beyond me.

Kids, escape with your lives!

Parents, stop supporting the Cannibal Kingdom!

That's among the consequences of ceding our schools to the Left. We will pay for it for a long time.

What a cop-out.

It's a painful truth, hardly a "cop-out."

No wonder our schools are going down the tubes and our kids are being dumbed down.

Oh, sure it's all my fault. If it makes you feel better, blame it on me.

Quite frankly, I don't care. No child of mine will ever be condemned to a government babysitting warehouse. You see, unlike most Americans, I care more about my children's moral and intellectual well-being than I do about my wardrobe, my local sports team or my car.

I will not cooperate in the fiction that modern, state-sponsored education is salvageable.

You are part of the problem.

What a laughable statement. I simply refuse to pay homage to the idol known as "public education" - I'm about as much a part of the problem as Christians were "part of the problem" of the decay in public morals in Imperial Rome.

They opted out of the system, and so do I.
