Taken verbatim from here
Surprise Surprise, Ralph Nader's Public Citizen group has dedicated time and energy to attacking President Bush.
And they certainly aren't hold back any pretensions about their socialist ideas for running campaigns.
"The president is a poster boy for why we need elections to be financed by public money, not private money"
Yeah, lets waste even more of the taxpayers money every four years, throw 200 million out the window that we certainly can't use or give back to the populace.
Two other notes about this bother me.
Not only are they using and building this website with a President who has not even the slightest whiff of fundraising impropriety, unlike his predecessor. Where were the efforts of making this site when Clinton was selling out the Lincoln Bedroom?
And they are using the information that President Bush provided to the public on his own regard. If you want to see for yourself, go here. That site was the entire basis for their research.
Do you see any of the nine pretenders giving out this information? Wouldn't you like to see how beholden Dean is to Hollywood special interests? But that won't be coming forward, and you certainly won't get that help on this from their camp, lest they try to play on the up and up like the President.

Not to worry. Nader has become a wealthy man and knows on which side his bread is buttered. To protect his own personal wealth, he would not dare to run for President, himself, again this campaign.
Nader will just make some noise and, to protect his nest egg, will not be the head of the Green ticket in 2004. He will not risk winning by a plurality, having attracted disaffected liberal Republicans, and simply will not run. His chances of getting massive support from democrats would be enhanced by sharing a ticket with a black, maybe Al Sharpton or Cynthis McKinney, but he won't risk that, either.
The future of America would be greatly strengthened if Nader ran for president on the Green ticket with McKinney as his VP candidate but he won't because he now has millions of dollars to protect.

Is Nader's organization legally permitted to engage in partisan politics?

I have a question for Ralph and his numbskull supporters: If we rich Republicans just donate enough money to Chuck Schumer we can get him to start voting our way, right? I mean, donations buy votes, don't they?

If Bush is getting donations from the "big guys", I'm all for it. I've never been employed or helped by a union or poor person.
