You're not familiar with al Qaeda dirty bomb suspect Jose Padilla? See, like al Qaeda member John Walker Lindh, he's a US citizen. Padilla is accused of actively plotting to set off a dirty bomb in a US city. He was arrested in Chicago. He's now sitting in a brig, perhaps in South Carolina, but that's not confirmed. He's probably going to face a military tribunal for being an enemy combatant--and he's alleged to be a REAL enemy combatant.
