The CSC is going to rule against having the recall any time soon because of the BS issue of Voting rights. They will set the recall time about the same time as the Democratic primary in order to get as many rats out as possible.......you watch and see.

Judging by the statute that you posted, my guess would be that Davis is probably going to step down in favor of Democrat who is on the ballot. The Democrat will be appointed interim Govenor to give him a head start in the recall election.

Perhaps you don't recognize this as a reference to one of the tag-lines from the "Terminator" films, originally "Come with me if you want to live!" Because I do recognize it as such, it's obvious to me that this is not some sort of death threat.

Mea culpa maxima. Now I remember it (from "Terminator 2"). I'm more of the original "Terminator" fan, where the tag-lines were a bit less printable.
