Would the X-ers prefer that Mom and Dad move in with them?Boomers can find other things to do besides play Nintendo, so there shouldn't be any conflict.

If it comes down to it, why shouldn't parents move in with their children? It happens every day.

No, all I expect from my Boomer parents is that they pay for their own damned retirement and not expect me to help them out. However, since they've been spending every dime they've ever made and saved nothing, I doubt they'll have a nice retirement.

Would the X-ers prefer that Mom and Dad move in with them? Can't you just see? "Well, darlin', we've spent our whole lives raising you, paying for your college, giving you every conceivable kind of lessons and trinkets, let you move in when your dot-com went bust (and you didn't listen to us to put your money somewhere safe), but now you're going to have to choose. You can either have Mom&Dad move in, and save your inheritence. Or, you say "no" and all of that money will go to nursing homes, elder day care, other necessities."
Yeah, let's just see what generation is looking for Boomers to have all of this stuff subsidized.
This author is so narcisstic it should be labelled "humor".
