I still say you are completely biased in favor of Kobe, very emotional about the issue and accept only reports that are favorable to Kobe's defense.Needless to say, that works both ways. Only I'm not claiming to be unbiased. I'm in favor of fairness.

If you were in favor of fairness, you would not call Rita a liar-based on no evidence, you would not completely discount reports that hurt Kobe's defense, and you would not call people who disagree with you names. You have a perfect right to be convinced Kobe is innocent no matter what-but don't don't pretend you are interested in being "fair" to the victim.

Needless to say, that works both ways. Only I'm not claiming to be unbiased. I'm in favor of fairness. I'm detecting a lot of stealth racism against the girl. Flirting with the "enemy", so she must be punished.
