The prosecutors in the OJ case proved their case beyond a reasonable doubt. OJ basically had jury nullification of the evidence. If you are a Kobe fan, you better hope that the prosecutors don't present the same amount of evidence as was presented in the OJ case.

The prosecutors in the OJ case proved their case beyond a reasonable doubt. OJ basically had jury nullification of the evidence. This could cost me my membership in the white race, but I don't buy that. OJ was on an airplane 25 minutes after those murders supposedly took place and eyewitness accounts describe him as happy, talkative, and apparently lacking a care in the world.
Rangers and similar military professional killers I've spoken with tell me that's not possible, i.e. that nobody does his first grisly double murder with a knife starting at age 40 or beyond and then is seen happy and carefree a half hour later. They tell me that killing a human being with a knife is a very last option, and that even hardened killers can freak out from it.
