All I know for sure is that she is an "emotionally challenged person with a flaky past" who agreed to some sexual activity.

That plus Kobe's 'spensive lawyers would mean a DA with 3-digit IQ would have to have damning proof of force or he wouldn't charge. I am going with that as the most intelligent choice. Kobe must have really roughed her up.

I hope you are wrong. As you know, there is nothing wrong with your reasoning. There must be something to this purported physical evidence, or they wouldn't be leaking what they are. But, I won't believe it until I see it. This is the DA leaking, afterall.

The facts that are known are what has me leaning toward Kobe. The DA does not necessarily have a good case, just because he brought it. He thought about it long and hard before deciding. If this was a 'slam dunk', he would have acted faster.
