Remember, Kennedy was placed on the 50¢ piece immediately following his death. Is Eisenhower still on that coin or was he on the pre-SB Anthony silver dollar? Unless you go to casinos, you're unlikely to run across either one from the local cash register.

While I couldn't agree more with your characterization of FDR, I think the mint should eliminate the dime and replace it with a dollar coin of roughly the same size. The dime is obsolete.

Do the dime-sized dollar coin in some kind of gold color so that it appears to be gold. A pocket full of dollar coins wouldn't be as cumbersome if they were dime sized.
