Here's the thing about the human heart: You can't legislate it. You can't make laws requiring people to like broccoli. You can't force people into theaters to see "Gigli."

And it's the reason the NFL's minority hiring policy is seriously flawed.

"Is this a quota? Yes. Might it lead to a business that one day doesn't need quotas? Yes."

Someone please cite examples for me of companies with imposed racial quotas that improved significantly because of it.......

Also which companies had so much success and natural diversity that they eliminated quotas in their policy but kept quotas the personnel dept.

Whats the point? You pretend theres no policy but mandate only the statistics and percentages when hiring?

The market is the best supplier of labor resources. Anti discr? Yes. Quotas? No. Quotas are divisive and are culturally insensitive to Whites, hurting morale and production.

The NFL will now beg Jessie to pimp ho's to them, in exchange for $ and a JJ press conference extolling the cooperation and diversity of nfl. then 1 mil of divers train

Think about the next step...

White coaches are incapable of coaching black athletes because of hidden inherent racism and lack of cultural understanding. (like black studies profs)

Some blacks will be covertly banned because they are not on the plantation.

Maybe retired players can sue white coaches/owners etc for hidden racism that has only now been benevolently exposed by fascist leftist activists in bed with Black racists.

>> rant off

The punchline is that anything the NFL does will "work", in 5 to 10 years we'll see a bunch of new black headcoaches, I predict it'll be close to a 50/50 split. Why? Because there's tons of black assistants, more than ever, and that's the natural progression.

This is the same Kellen Winslow who was exteremly disappointed when his son would not attend a college which had a black head football coach as he suggested..

It's a good thing the younger Kellen has more sense than his old man.. By choosing a college that would best exploit his talents(UofMiami), rather than one based on race, he will now be a top 10 pick in next years NFL Draft..
