I read this on Saturday and laughed my *ss off!

'We're not happy until you're not happy'.

Perfect.

I haven't flown Air Canada more than 2 or 3 times in my life, nor will I ever willingly choose it over ANY other carrier(Okay, maybe before North Korean Air Lines).

I miss Canadian Pacific. :^(

Is this public transport, or a private company?

Must be something going around in Canada. Last week an article on rude medical personnel in the socialist medical system. This week its the airlines. Maybe they are becoming too Eastern.

Air Canada gives a peculiarly Canadian twist on customer service : Don't expect it.

That's why I always check in at the automatic kiosks. The machines are much friendlier than the staff.
