Hollywood beauty Cameron Diaz has begging a Los Angeles judge to ban 11-year-old photos of her wearing only a leather basque.

The Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle star wants 28 risque pictures and a sexy video of herself semi-naked banned from being published in newspapers and magazines worldwide - as the images were taken when she was just 19.

Cameron, who is dating Justin Timberlake, told a Los Angeles court on Friday, "These pictures will cause me distress, embarrassment and anger." The sexy actress also fears they will damage her reputation as one of the highest paid actresses in Hollywood. However photographer John Rutter insists, "She didn't express concerns about exposing her breasts.

Miss Diaz wore various combinations of attire, some of which revealed her breasts. In one session she wore a leather corset covering her stomach but designed to show her breasts."

The Sweetest Thing star claims she had a verbal agreement with Rutter that the pictures would only be used in artistic magazines, with an emphasis on their "artistic or visual aspects".

She is also saying the photographer told her in June he would not publish the pictures if she agreed to pay him the multi-million dollar figure offered to him by the magazine.

The full case will be heard this week.

Well, if he did make an oral contract with her as she states then she is in the right...but how she is going to prove that should be interesting.

There are also some photos of her posing topless at a swimming pool that are obviously professional modeling shots, so they are just topless shots, this is hardly something people haven't seen before. If she was over 18 and signed a release form, I don't see why this should be wasting a court's time. When the photog offered to sell them back to her, he wasn't blackmailing her, he was trying to be nice to her. If he has a signed release form, he can do anything he wants with them, and if she doesn't like it, she shouldn't have signed it and posed.
