I can't vouch for the authenticity of this, but the source has been right in the past. In my mind, if it is true that Saddam tested his biological and chemical weapons on prisoners, this puts Saddam up into the same league as Hitler and Tojo. I knew before that he used them on rebellious Kurds and others, but to me this is even more sinister, because not even a flimsy military excuse can be made for gassing and murdering prisoners who pose no threat.
