I've been a little worried about a Freeper friend of mine, so I've been leaving messages on her machine. Well, coming into work today, I got a message on my machine that she's in the hospital. She didn't say where, nor did she say why. She plans to call me sometime this week.

I need some prayers sent to Lynne. She's a hell of a gal, and she needs to be healed by our L-rd!

Everyone should have two trusted freepers whose names and/or e-mail addresses they can trade with. I have done this with a couple of people. It only makes sense, particularly for times of emergency.

I agree. Last year I almost bought the big one and as I lay there on my back thinking about burial plans, one thought was that, as little friends as I have, it would still have been nice for my wife to know that maybe a few FR friends could have had a few things to say just through email, even if it was "he didn't double post much", or "that charge on his credit card is not porn, it's for FR".

But it just didn't seem right to post something like: Hey I'm Dying (Hey It's Breaking News for Me)

Not to be morbid but maybe we need a next of kin link. Jeez i've been to three funerals in the last three weeks, which let's say for the same time period is two times more than I've a good roll in the hay.

I have an unused domain INREPLY.COM if anyone can think of a use for it for this or anything else I'm game.
