It was and remains our honor to have served. Thank you for your kind words. I would also like to thank you for displaying so many POW's/MIA's flags and emblems on your profile page. I worked on returning POW's. We are still flying Black and Yellow for Capt. Speicher and for all our troops in hospitals and overseas. So this is something very close to my heart. I fell in love with my patients. I will never forget them.

They started me on the LAT machine yesterday, both for strength and stretching

I used a chin up bar to do overhead stretch in the gym, but the therapist office doesnt have one, so in order to find something that was tall enough for me, we used the lat pull down machine

light weight, 40 to 70 pounds or so, just enough to counter weight my arm weight

I get the sling off Aug 14, my birthday, the BIG 44!

Riding in an enclosed vehicle at speed and riding on a naked bike at speed are very differnet indeed ... it's great fun in/on both ... :)

Old guys like to go fast, too is what I tell the whippersnappers I ride bike with and the ones who stop and admire my 425 hp, '01 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning pickup. :)
