Actually, whether or not they are illegal is a moot point when it comes to loitering. They are frequently drunk and I am afraid to walk near that 7-11 anymore. Yes, I have done it in the past, and have been treated to some choice words. My daughter is now forbidden to go near a place that was once safe. The police do nothing at all about it, despite the fact that these guys are out there every day, even on weekends.
I don't recall mentioning anything about Americans doing the jobs that illegals are doing.
What good advice. Today I'll stroll over and ask them, between swigs of Corona and pi**ing contests, why they're here and if they would mind showing me their papers.
