Did anyone here catch the film of Algore attempting to throw a football a month or two before the election? It was downright embarrasssing -- he heaved it like an uncoordinated resident of West Hollywood or Greenwich Village (iow, a fairy). When I saw that I was sure that Bush had the election wrapped up ....IF the media showed it a lot. As it turned out, word quickly got out that his gridiron adventure was having the exact opposite effect as Algore intended, and the media stopped showing it immediately.

Actually, no, it looks like they are going in the "Bush=Caveman" direction, trying to discredit the Alpha-male. They did it before, if you think on it, calling him a "Cowboy" and a "Frat Boy" and other such terms.
