The democrats have been reduced to being a bad Vaudeville show. Act after act keeps rushing out on stage to perform their schitck, and act after act keeps bombing. But the show must go on! Even they know it stinks, but the crap they have rehearshed is all they have to offer. So they keep on dancing and singing while the spotlight shines, then cry and moan and point fingers at each other backstage.
